Payments for customized IT services are due per Service Agreements (e.g., upfront, milestones, or post-delivery). Accepted methods include bank transfer, online payment gateways, or as specified. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All fees exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT under Nepal law). Refunds are at our discretion, minus processing fees, for non-delivery only. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoicing.
