The Journey That Shaped Fivizo

The Beginning

Our journey began in 2025 with a shared vision among passionate youths pursuing their Bachelor's in Information technology with artificial intelligence, from an institution affiliated with Birmingham City University (BCU). While working on projects and exploring the digital landscape, we noticed a common problem that many startups and even established businesses in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Dubai and beyond were struggling to present their businesses digitally.

The Challenge

The challenges were not just about lacking technical skills but also it was deeper. Business owners often didn't know what kind of IT solutions they needed, how those services were implemented, or how they directly contributed to business growth. Most agencies in the market offered unclear service descriptions, charged heavy fees, and lacked transparency in both pricing and process.
